1e Women's Equality in the Workplace
Women have engaged in an endless fight for equality in the workplace, especially concerning wages. Women in the AAPI community have an even harder battle since women not only face the glass ceiling, but also the bamboo ceiling. This panel will explore how women can recognize when they are facing the glass or bamboo ceiling and what they can do to break through these barriers.
